1. GENERAL PRINCIPLE

Levvo applies a data minimization model. We collect only the information necessary to operate the service.

2. PROCESSED DATA

We may process messages, metadata, basic account data and technical configurations. We do not sell data or use it for advertising purposes.

3. RETENTION AND PERSISTENCE

Conversations are viewed in Levvo via a temporal synchronization with the user's device. This history is maintained on our servers via a 60-day Operational Cache to allow the use of organization functions (topics, routing, assignments). Levvo does not perform retroactive loading of message histories prior to the initial connection of the service.

It is important to highlight that:

  • The real and complete information remains on the user's phone or WhatsApp account.
  • After 60 days, the Operational Cache is automatically purged for security and privacy, but the messages still exist on the original device where you have absolute control.
  • The retention of the organisation generated in Levvo beyond the 60 days is not activated by default and must be expressly requested.

4. MULTIMEDIA FILES

Levvo does not act as a permanent file server. The treatment of multimedia (photos, audios, videos, documents) is governed by the following:

  • External Hosting: By default, multimedia files reside on the servers of the original channels (WhatsApp/Telegram).
  • Mandatory Integration: If the user wishes for Levvo to process or maintain multimedia files accessible historically, they must connect their own independent storage infrastructure (e.g., Cloudflare R2).
  • File Privacy: In case of using own storage, Levvo only facilitates the interface, but the physical control of the files remains in the service hired by the user.

5. USER CONTENT

The user is responsible for the processed content. Levvo does not systematically review messages nor assume responsibility for illegal content.

6. INTEGRATIONS AND AI PROVIDERS

Levvo does not provide its own Artificial Intelligence models. The platform allows the user to connect their own provider (such as OpenAI, local models or others).

By making this connection, the user accepts that certain data (messages or text fragments) may be processed by the external provider chosen by the user under their exclusive responsibility and authorship. It is the user's responsibility to review the privacy policies of said third parties.

7. SECURITY

We apply reasonable technical measures, although no system is completely immune to incidents.

8. LEGAL COOPERATION

In the event of a valid legal requirement, Levvo may collaborate with competent authorities in accordance with applicable legislation.

9. SECURITY AND EXCEPTIONAL RETENTION

Levvo may apply controls to detect illegal content and may retain data for longer in the face of legal obligations or abuse investigations.

10. USER RIGHTS

The user can delete their account, disconnect their number or export their data within the availability period.
